Deputy Chief Commissioner of PAC gives insight into Cost Decisions

Sincere thanks to Trevor Rue, Deputy Chief Commissioner of PAC on his very insightful presentation on Cost Decisions taken over the last 2 years. Of the 51 decisions to date half were taken by appeallents against the authority, just 8 were taken by objectors. 16% have been successful. Of those dismissed it was found there was no unreasonable behavior in 80% of cases.
