Thanks to Simon Turbitt BL who provided an extremely informative insight into the implications of Brexit on EU planning law and the consequences of the Great Repeal Bill for ES, SEA, Waste Regulations and other Environmental Law. His presentation is attached including detail of the Article 50 process including flexibility within the timeframes with agreement of EU member states.
