Speech – Judge McCloskey

Following the joint event with the Northern Ireland Planning Bar Association on ‘Planning and Judicial Review – The Challenges to (and for) Local Government’ Judge McCloskey has kindly made available his speech on ‘Councils as the Planning Decision Makers in NI – the New Dawn’.

Mr Justice McCloskey was first appointed to the High Court in 2008 and has been a Senior Queen’s Bench Judge (NI) & Senior Judicial Review Judge (NI) since 2013. He has also made available recent talks to RICS and the NI Property Conference as attached.
